By creating an account or using Listd ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Listd. Some events listed on the Service may have higher age requirements (20+, 21+, or other ages) set by venues or local regulations. You are responsible for meeting any event-specific age, dress code, or entry requirements.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You retain ownership of content you post (messages, photos, profile information). By posting, you grant Listd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content as needed to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for what you post.
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, scrape, or attempt to access other users' accounts. Do not use the Service for illegal activity.
Events are organized by independent venues and hosts. Listd is not the organizer of third-party events and is not responsible for what happens at them. Always exercise your own judgement about your safety, transport, and consumption.
We may suspend or remove your account at any time for violations of these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
